You don’t have to do the exercises to enjoy the tape, consider it a trip to the zoo !!

We suggest starting slowly and build up. The only expense is a pair of dumbbells. It is important not to get them too heavy; you should pick a weight that you can handle easily. The ones shown in the movie weigh 12 pounds.

But the exercises can be done without weights, swinging the arms is good for the circulation and will build up strength.

Many of the exercises were designed by a chiropractor and if done regularly will help avoid back problems, but if you already have back problems better consult your doctor. For back pain we recommend lowering yourself gently to the floor,  lie flat on your back. Relax. Let your vertebrae rest on the floor.  Stay this way for several minutes, go to sleep if you like. You can also do this in bed but the floor straightens your back

If you are interested in losing weight increase the number of times you do each exercise. Go for a walk. Run.

If you already do exercises at home, you might pick up a few to add to your repertoire.
